Gently slap the clay form into the desired body shape using the back of a wooden spoon.

Roll a thick clay cylinder.

Divide the cylinder into four even pieces using the knife ended clay tool.

Score and slip the legs onto the body form.

Smooth out any bumps using a wet fingertip.

Attach the clay coil to the head area.
Shorten the trunk as needed using the knife end clay tool.
