Step 1
Take the piece of paper/colored paper and put it on a flat surface

Take Write a birthday message such as "Happy Birthday" and draw other things. Use glue and cover the drawings.
Step 3Pour the colored sand on the glue and let dry. Then give to the desired person on their birthday!
